Plans and pricing
Listing is free. Verified ($9/month), Featured ($39/month) and Top Spot ($99/month) place a listing higher, with a label naming the plan. Month to month, cancel any time.
Listing a repair business on Repairs.company is free. Paid plans are optional. They place your listing higher on the pages it appears on, with a visible label naming your plan. All plans are month to month, and you can cancel any time.
Free listing
Your business appears on the page of every town inside the area you serve, and on that town's page for each repair you offer. Without a paid plan it is ordered by distance from the town, then by rating. Customers can review you, and you can reply from your dashboard.
Verified: $9/month
- A Verified label on your listing.
- Listed above free listings on every town and repair page you appear on, and on your category pages.
- Full statistics: daily views, clicks, and where your visitors came from.
Featured: $39/month
- Everything in Verified.
- Listed above Verified and free listings, with a Featured label.
Top Spot: $99/month
- Everything in Featured.
- Listed first on every town and repair page you appear on, with a Top Spot label.
Top Spot is not exclusive. If several Top Spot businesses appear on the same page, they are listed in order of distance from the town.
What a plan does not do
- It does not change reviews or ratings. Nobody can pay to do that.
- "Verified" means you pay for the Verified plan. Repairs.company does not check licenses, insurance, certifications or the quality of your work, and the label doesn't claim that we do.
- It does not add you to towns outside your service area. Where you appear depends on the area you set in your listing.
When a plan lapses
A lapsed plan stops ranking. Your listing goes back into the ordering by distance and rating, without a plan label.
Choosing and managing a plan
Plans are chosen and canceled from the upgrade page in your dashboard, /dashboard/upgrade. If you haven't listed your business yet, start at /register/business.
For how all of this fits together on a page, see How listings are ordered. To change or cancel a plan, see Changing or canceling a paid plan.
